Z-Ultimate Self Defense Studios was a great experience. 7/17/2011

I found my experience coming in and participating with the students of the Z-Ultimate Studios very enlightening. Going in, I learn simple techniques of self defense that were very easy to use in everyday situations. The students and teacher were also welcoming and helpful. Although I only came in once, I would definitely do it again, and I do recommend it to people of all ages. more
