So where did it begin? When I first arrived for my appt. I was greeted right at the door! Really, the girl at the desk jumped from her seat and opened the door for me..I thought WOW they are really nice here. It was nice to feel so welcomed. And from there it continues...Erin my hairdresser greets me with a hug! Now who wouldn't want to come here? As we got settled I showed her a picture of a new haircut for me. We both agreed it would be perfect. I loved how she went through every step with me first. She told me how much she needed to cut off to get started and how after blow drying how it would look until she went back and did some more finishing cuts on it. Each step was explained to me- I told her she reminded me of a doctor who explains each step in treatment. We laughed! But really it was nice to have that trust in Erin. Thats what sets her apart from others. You can totally come in to Z Place and expect the very best each and every time. No stress, no worries that your explanation of a cut or color might get misunderstood. Erin I am soooooo happy to have you back!! As expected everyone loved my new look! Thank You!!
