I have lived at glory lane apartments in appleton, wi twice. As far as managers go my current manager is amazing, although I have had bad ones in the past. Example one of the managers was fired for going into peoples apartments without warning when they were not home the reason he was caught is because he was forgetting to lock the doors behind him. Creepy? Also dont expect to get your security deposit back...they will find any little reason to keep it even if your apartments spotless. When I lived in an upper we were told they would replace our carpets because it was ripped all over in spots with nails coming through ( I had a baby who crawled everywhere) & it never happened. The apartments themselves look decent & they have lots of room, however since moving back here I have noticed the people they allow to live here aren't so nice compared to the first time that we lived here.
