This place is outstandingly meet my style, especially since Nordstrom opened. I couldn't find good stores around Nashville since I moved here, but this Mall have something for new residents from Europe like me. I highly recommend this mall!!! more

I hate this mall. thanks to its 12/28/2012

I hate this mall. thanks to its existance all of bellevue centers upscale shops have moved here, resulting in the death of our mall. Bellevue center had a dillards, macys , sears , and 90 tenats. now all it has is a struggleing sears. the photo is bellevues former macys. more

Pricey but great if you love the higher class brand names! 2/19/2012

I love this mall because I like the name brands like Chanel,Louis Vuitton,etc.., But the prices are VERY pricey. So if you don't like to spend a bunch of money for shirts or purse, tho is not the place for you. I do like to go shop at this mall from time to time though. I also like to come eat at the cheesecake factory-which is delish if you ever make it out to the green hills area eat there! Some of the stores though that are there that I like are:Nordstroms,Abercrombie and Fitch,Sephora,Fossil(just accessories though). Pros: null Cons: null more

Great for looking, but not necessarily for buying. 6/4/2011

Being from a small town where there is nowhere for a 20 year old girl to shop (unless you count Hollister and Abercrombie as "young adult" stores), I came to Nashville for a shopping trip. This was the first mall I came across, and after browsing around for several hours I had started to think I made a mistake by going to Nashville. I didn't expect to get by cheap (I was on a shopping trip, after all!), but every store I went into was asking ridiculous prices. $90 for a shirt, $200 for a pair of flats, $600 for purse. I just couldn't pay it, and don't know very many people who could. more

Great Mall! 12/9/2009

I Love the stores in this mall. I used to classify it as an upscale mall for women. However now they have The Apple Store and Brookstone and David Kidd for the men to go check out while their female counterparts take advantage of all of the designer high end shops. If you are visiting Nashville and LOVE to shop you need to check this mall out. Pros: Designer Shops more

MAN TRIED TO GET IN MY CAR AT MALL 6/10/2009

June 9 2009 I was approached by a man on the mall parking lot at Green Hills Mall. I am very alert and look around as trained kids in my classes at school. I drove away from the man and found a mall security guard in his truck. I waved him down, jumped out of my car and told him about the man trying to get in my car. He never asked my name, where it happened or anything!! I couldn't believe how disinterested he was. Nothing was done and the man is still out there somewhere. No wonder the mall is shown on the news with trouble. I won't be going back and hope this helps someone be more careful at that mall. Cons: NO HELP FROM SECURITY!! more

Cut about the rest. 10/27/2006

I adore going to this mall not just because of the unique selection of stores, also because everyone seems to be there for the same purpose: to shop and not socialize. When you go to other malls and shopping centers, they seem to be overcrowded with teenagers on their cell phones or families trying to entertain kids by letting them run around, but not here. Every employee in the stores I have encountered has seem well versed in their products, making this a great experience. Pros: Service, Unique shops, Ample Parking. Cons: Victoria's Secret above main sewer line. more

Nashville's "Emerald City" for Shopping 9/2/2006

As a native of Nashville I must agree that the Mall at Green Hills and its surrounding retail establishments offer the best in upscale mall shopping that Nashville has to offer. If there remains any question the recent opening of Tiffany & Co. and Louis Vuitton will lay it to rest. I've made many day jet-trips to Chicago and the car trips to Atlanta as many other Nashvillians solely to pleasure shop. I've also experienced the shopping in Manhattan, Short Hills, NJ; Plaza Frontenac in St. Louis, MO and Europe. All this to say that the Mall at Green Hills offers equal if not a better and pleasant atmosphere for shopping than the before mentioned. The employees of the mall and anchor stores are the most cultured and diverse group you'll find in Nashville. There is plenty of parking available and while there is intentionally no food court there is dining available at Cheesecake Factory (but I personally don't believe that it's worth waiting to eat there), Panera Bread, the Bistro @ Davis-Kidd Booksellers, and one other cafe located on the mall's premises. Neighboring the mall is Bistro215 (excellent in every way), Cheeseburger Charley's (with healthy eating options), and the newly relocated Green Hills Grille. The only thing the mall is missing is a Neiman-Marcus. Rumor has it . . . The two anchor stores are Dillard's and Macy's. Both have a good merchandise mix but I must say that if you're shopping for men's Polo Ralph Lauren then Dillard's has the best Polo shop in the state of Tennessee. Gus Mayer definitely deserves a look at for the creme de la creme of ladies designer clothing such as Zang Toi and Roberto Cavalli (Jamie, Inc. in Belle Meade would be well worth a trip as well). You're shopping selections don't stop at the mall. There are numerous boutiques, jewelry, clothing, home store, and restaurants within the Green Hills area that are worth discovering. Pros: Parking, Nashville Hospitality and Service, Cultured Employees. more

The ONLY Mall to go in Nashville. 7/17/2006

Totally local, although with its new addition has been bringing a... different sort of crowd... I'm not sure how I feel about that. Anyway, the Green Hills Mall in Nashville is just plain awesome. As far as dining goes, there isn't much of a food court, but that helps preserve the quality of the mall. Instead, you may dine at a variety of restaurants in the mall, such as Cheesecake Factory, Panera, and The American Cafe, and across the parking lot, including baja fresh, cheeseburger charley's, ruby tuesday's, maggie moo's, Bistro 215, and fire of brazil. A full-fledged Davis-Kidd booksellers also calls the Mall at Green Hills its home. There is a mecca of upscale stores, among them BCBG Max Azria, Lucky Brand Jeans, Bebe, Betsey Johnson, Coach, United Colors of Bennetton, and White House Black Market. Check out the MAC Store, The Body Shop, and Sephora for all of your beauty needs. A great mall! So much NICER and BETTER than opry mills (the obese country hick's mall of choice). Pros: awesome Cons: none more
