While the staff was polite enough, although the front desk staff was going on and on about why weren't they allowed to put make up on before 9:00am...everyone in the waiting room could hear. The physician who did the ultrasound was rude! Didn't explain one thing to us before she did it, just lowered the feet and head of my bed down and proceeded to jab my poor child with the ultrasound wand, which is very uncomfortable, and never explained anything. I asked which way the baby was facing and she said ""Let me finish this and then we will talk"". Um..ok. It wasn't polite, it was like I was disturbing her little world by existing. No bedside manner. I was extremely disappointed. No updates as to why we were waiting 45 minutes in the waiting room, just shuffled us from one waiting room to another.
