Worst

I have been disappointed by winters several times. Recently they send out an advance man to size up a sewage problem and he was very unappealing, and not particularly competent.

Zane to the rescue 12/30/2012

The day after Christmas, I'm house-sitting at my brother's, turn on the shower and can't turn it off!! Panic. And the water's running and running. Two neighbors recommended Winters, and Zane came to the rescue in record time. Calm, collected, and efficient, he fixed the problem in no time. With good cheer for the New Year. more

Great Friendly HVAC Service 7/9/2012

Zane from Winters Company arrived early and was extremely knowledgeable a helped get our Air Conditioning System working in no time. He also helped with some diagnostics on other things to think about to improve the system. more

Plumbing and Airconditioning 5/14/2012

Tim arrived on time and was very pleasant. He accompanied me to the sump pumps and water heater and checked all parts to be sure the were clean and in working order. I could not have been happier with his performance and service. more

Bringing on the heat! 3/7/2012

Jack & Dan from Winters Company were life savers! They both came out and provided excellent customer service. They explained the system I had in the home I purchased, addressed the issue, and even came back for some follow-up. These techs were professional, knowledgeable and determined to fix the problem, the correct way, the first time around!! As noted elsewhere, we are extremely pleased with the services and courtesy of Tommy and all the other guys from WInters involved in getting our home A/C back up and running on a real short schedule. They were very accommodating, and most of all, did exceptional work. more

Our central A/C went down on the Friday night before the July 4 weekend. We called these guys out of the Yellow Pages, and a tech was here as requested first thing Sat. AM. The system was not repairable, so we contracted with them to replace the mechanical components ASAP. An estimate was done, and by noon the day after, all work was successfully done! Kudos to Craig C. (and Tommy, Cliff, and Tom!) You guys rock! more

Have dealt with company for a few years and have no complaints with service. They are prompt, courteous and explain what needs to be done and why. The service technicians are friendly and neat. It's a pleasure dealing with anyone at the company. more

Painless Furnace and Hot Water Heater replacement 3/18/2011

Mack was great. He answered all my questions as the work was progressing and even looked up the answer to one of my questions when he didn't know one of the answers right off. He explained the system and the maintenance fully so in the end, I feel comfortable with my new system. more

winters plumbing rocks! 2/25/2011

The service is quick and Mack our plumber of the day Quickly diagnosed our leaking problem, after he put on his booties, brought in his own cloths to dry up my undersink mess and was extremely polite during the whole fix up time. We have used winters before and will continue to do so. Good service and fair rates! more

Awful Experience with Winters 4/25/2007

They came, they charged $70 to tell me that my 30 minute job (their time estimate) was going to cost $432. Crazy. more
