This dental practice has always made my daughter comfortable & she likes Dr. Mike. After receiving a reminder today about her need for a cleaning, I decided to leave some feedback...

Regular Checkup 1/25/2011

Winning Smiles staff is so friendly. One staff member, after making her coffee, inserted a parent's coffee cup into the machine and alerted them they had done so. She didn't have to do that but at Winning Smiles, the staff is always being so helpful in the simpliest of ways. It's just such a friendly atmosphere with great dental care and professionals that really care about you. Thank you!!! more

six month checkup 1/24/2011

Many praises to all your staff! Melody has a rare heart defect and the entire staff who worked with her today were very cautious and asked many questions regarding her health before examining her. They made sure the examine was as fast as possible to minimize the stress on her heart. They also stayed with us for a few extra minutes until she calmed down and started turning a "normal" pink color rather than the purple and blue she was after all her screaming! Thanks to everyone again! more

Dr. Mike, Jamie and staff made my son George feel at ease at his first appointment at Winning Smiles. George has Asperger's Autism and was given a great overall evaluation. more

Comfortable and Informative 1/21/2011

The hygenist had a very calming, relaxed attitude and a very nice smile. She was very informative about the options we had for a chipped tooth. Dr. Mike was also great. He informed us of all of our different options - including do nothing at all about it and made me feel confident that I made the right decision. Dr. Mike also took the time to give me dental care information for my infant. more

A mixed experience 1/20/2011

Pros: Excellent care, pleasant and caring staff, dentists put the kids at ease. Cons: Appointments have to be made fairly far in advance, wait times are longer than I'd expect, closes early on Fridays and rates/fees are far above other local dentists. more

Check-up 1/17/2011

Winning smiles is a great pediatric dental office. The atmosphere when you walk in, is very warm and cozy just as it is in your home w/ video gaming area, movie theater are and lots of toys. Let's not forget the coffee and tea station for the moms and dads. Dr. Mike is absolutely wonderful, always willing to answer any questions you have no matter how silly they are. On a side bar I used the ask the Doctor link on the web sight, amazing I had an answer within a few hours. The whole staff is always pleasant and accomodating. All I can say is how thankful and blessed I am to have winning smiles for my sons dentistry. more

wonderful new assistant from iowa :) and of course dr.mike was great with the kids. as for the hygiene helpers, actually 2 should be fired for attitude towards parents and kids. then a 360 when the doctor comes in---very sad because the whole practice is knowledgeable and friendly otherwise. we as a family love it more
