I decided to use Winner to also detail and inspect my car. While the detailing was good, the car came back to me with a power window no longer working that worked when I gave it to Winner. Winner's response -- ""Oh, you should get that looked at. We didn't do it, though. We send the mechanical work out to Midas."" So, not only does Winner not feel ANY commitment to ensure that cars are returned in the same or better condition than when you give them the car, but they won't even take responsibility for mistakes. Frankly, I understand that, while a considerable coincidence, the window could have simply decided to break while Winner had it, but they felt absolutely no responsibility for helping to find out what actually happened to the window. If the motor went -- fine, I'll have it replaced. \r

One interesting thought -- if the window didn't work, how did the car pass inspection? I guess that means that, while Winner says they'll inspect your car, you shouldn't believe that either (unless you want your inspection done by a shop that can't actually inspect a car).\r

Be careful. When it comes to service, Winner puts up a good facade, but the reality is that they could care less about your car or you.
