Please save yourself and your belongings!!! I have been victim of a car burglary 2 times in the past year at Willowbrook Mall. I am starting to think mall security is in on it... MS just so happened to drive by right as we discovered we were victimized. Then the police told us that Willowbrook has had 100 instances of car burglaries in the past MONTH.. We were in the mall for 15 minutes. What is mall security doing about it? Nothing... Our security officer rode by on his bike RIGHT after we got back to our car and discovered our stuff missing We were on our way to the airport so the crooks made out with a good deal of expensive things. Shopper beware! Boycott institutions that don't keep your safety as FIRST priority. I will never shop there again and tell all my friends not to. more

I have lived in quite a few places in and around Houston and never have found a mall that I LOVE going to as I do Willowbrook Mall. It has about every store you can imagine, so much activity and restaurants around you don't feel you need to go anywhere else. I am now about 40 miles away and still will go there as often as possible. more

I like this mall because its convenient to my home and work. If my wife or I dont feel like cooking, I can bring the kids and dont have to go to 3 different fast food places. They are many to choose from. Pros: convience, lots of parking, not to crowded more
