The owner Dave and his wife were very nice, and do excellent work. Straight forward and honest business that gets the job done right the first time. They handled the insurance supplement and claim process without any hesitation when they found more wrong and got everything covered seemlessly! more

Collision repair at its best! 2/11/2011

Dave does exactly what it says on his business card: He provides small town service with big city expertise. He dealt with the insurance people, he kept me informed at each stage of the process, and my car is immaculate. This was absolutely hassle free all star service by Dave and his crew at Windsor Collision. He has my highest recommendation! more

Excellent job. 1/18/2011

I went down to Windsor Collision and talked to Dave. He explained all the problems that were wrong with the car and the parts that he would have to get. He actually had to get some of the parts in Detroit because the 2001 model was changed in 2002, so some of the parts are hard to find. He explained everything and told me what he was doing. He kept me posted at all times about what was happening. When I picked it up I put it in the garage because there was a storm coming. I haven't driven it out yet, so I haven't gotten it dirty. It looks beautiful. The work he did is outstanding. I would recommend anyone to go to him. He is top of the line. Outstanding. more

Outstanding work at a very reasonable price 1/14/2011

I've taken several vehicles to Windsor Collision, some times multiple times. Usually to get minor work done like dent, scratch or paint repair. I'm a little too particular about keeping my vehicles in like new condition so finding a body shop that's as particular as I am is very important. Windsor Collision is this body shop. I've found they take their work seriously and perfect is all that is acceptable. more

I had an accident, someone ran into me, and I picked Windsor Collision partly because they are local and close to home. I hadn't used them before. I went over there, and Dave was very cooperative and helpful. His prices seemed to be not the most expensive and not the cheapest. The prices were fair. He got my car in and out quickly, was helpful, and the work was very good. It met all my expectations. more

Both my car and my mother's car were in for collision repair and the service and attention were phenomenal. Everyone was accommodating and went beyond the normal service expected. Suburban Hatch Repair 9/2/2010

My suburban got hit in a parking lot and it damaged the back bumper. It also damaged the hatch to where it wouldn't close correctly. Windsor Collision fixed the hatch perfectly. more

Repair on my Dodge Ram 8/31/2010

I had to take in my Dodge Ram for some repairs caused by a small accident that my friend had with it. Area affected was the lower front section of the bed and lower end of the cab. I worked with David once I had my insurance company process the claim. He was very detailed and explained the process at length with me.. They told me how many days they would need the truck and it was finished when they told me it would be. Once I picked it up, the entire truck had been washed, detailed and cleaned up, well beyond my expectations. I will use them again and would recommend them to anyone looking for any kind of paint and body work. They had also done a complete paint job for me several years ago on my 1970 Cuda which was show worthy and again exceeded my expectations. They are great people, have a talented staff and were a pleasure to work with. more

Fair and Honest, Highest Quality. 8/30/2010

Windsor Collision is first-class. They worked with my schedule and completed the work within the timeframe stated. I was very impressed with the personnel and felt they went above and beyond to be friendly and professional. I was equally impressed and satisfied with the quality of work they performed on my truck. Their work was professional grade down to the smallest detail. In addition, when I picked up my truck I noticed that it was washed and in better order than when I dropped it off. Windsor Collision's high morals and ethics are not only evident in the front office in the forms of signs and inscriptions, but also in the shop in the form of quality workmanship and honorable people employed. I highly recommend Windsor Collision and will absolutely do business with them in the future. more

I have been in the car business for more than 25 years,I have delt with 15 to 20 Auto body shops, I have had poor to average work done. Windsor Collision gave me the Best of the Best! I could not believe the quality and service and friendliness I received.They worked with my insurance company for me. They also had a rental car ready for me. My experience with them was second to none 8/20/2010

I've used Windsor Collision twice, both this year. I wanted to support local business because I live in Windsor, and I had heard good things about them from a friend. The first job that they did for me was I had scraped my front bender on a concrete wall and had some cosmetic changes to the front of my car and needed them to take care of it for me. The second job was initiated by a parking lot ding which happened to my car. Not only did they take care of the two dings I pointed out, but they found a third. I was just so pleased with their attention to detail and quality of workmanship. Personally, I'm very picky about my car, and I was very pleased to find somebody who cared about my car as much as I do. As far as I'm concerned right now, they've got a customer for life. They exceeded my expectations, and they couldn't be a nicer group of people. more

Excellent. 8/19/2010

A neighbor referred me to Windsor Collision because I didn't know who to go to. I was parked at the grocery store, and someone ran into my parked car, rear-ended it. So I wasn't even there, until they announced it over the intercom in the store. I have a mini-van so Windsor had to replace the whole back hatch, back bumper, and another part toward the back end. Everything turned out good. I was pleased, the car looks great. They matched the paint and everything, and it looks like new. The only problem I had was with the other guy's insurance, which thank goodness he had. I just was really impressed with the patience Windsor had with dealing with these insurance companies. They told me that's just kind of how it is. more
