I have had nothing but honest service here at Sunoco. I have had tire leaks fixed, flat tires changed, oil change etc.; all somewhat minor issues, however, quick and inexpensive! ...

These guys are crooks. They think my husband is a loser so they tell him that the car is shaking because of some belts that need to be fixed. Then they say it will need a tune u...

Honest dudes... 5/9/2011

The owner, Meer, is a good guy and his team does good work. As with almost any shop, there is some sticker shock. His problem is the place he gets parts from seems to always sell at MSRP so, of course, he passes that on to the customer as is normal. A second problem is time. I once had my car there for 3 days. HOWEVER, the work was done EXCELLENTLY and I never felt pressured to do one thing or another. They told me what was what and I never let on that I knew about cars, but I knew a good deal before I went in and they handled it just about how I had felt about it. Honest dudes... more

Good people! 5/6/2011

These guys do great work. I've had my Audi in twice this summer and my girlfriend has had her Saab worked twice as well. Meer is the owner and speaks to you most of the time. He is very honest and will explain what he thinks should be done first and let's you decide. Good people, Great Service. Don't think it's get's any better in Hoboken! A+++ more

I would DEFINITELY go back there again 4/21/2011

I am a BMW snob and I have never trusted my car with any place aside from dealership. That changed a few weeks ago when a friend recommended Willow's Sunoco to me. The team at Willow's Sunoco did an EXCELLENT job fixing my car for a 1/3 of what I would have paid at a BMW dealership. I know because there was a list of things the dealership wanted me to do and I had the paper with the prices on it. I rejected the dealerships rip-off tactics and decided against them. Instead, I got it done here. I realize there are many of us who maybe skeptical of taking our cars to a local mechanic - I am too. But this is no ordinary shop, they are fantastic. I would DEFINITELY go back there again. Give them a try... more

They are very friendly and have great service. I have brought my car there a few times last minute and they have serviced it that same day. Meer and his employees are wonderful to work with. I would recommend this garage to anyone! more

Fair rates, great service!! 4/11/2011

My go to mechanic.. My car has 250,000 miles on it and is still going. YEAH for Corollas!!\r \r Since my car is older and I still drive a lot I come here often. I feel the rates are fare and the service is great! They are always helpful, friendly and prompt.\r \r Now this could be due to my VERY frequent visits for gas, oil changes and such .. but I do like and TRUST them.\r \r And that is very important .. especially when you car is so old. more

Very Honest! 4/8/2011

What I like about these guys is that they will not do something that isn't necessary. Very honest in all respects. If you go in for an oil change and you don't need a new oil filter, they WILL tell you. I love that. I can just leave my car and say do whatever you have to do, and they will. more

Crooks!! Don't Go There!! 1/15/2011

These guys are crooks. They think my husband is a loser so they tell him that the car is shaking because of some belts that need to be fixed. Then they say it will need a tune up for $600!! A tune-up for $600. But that wasn't even the problem. We went back to our old trusty repair man and he fixed the car for $350 because of the cylinders and spark plugs. No tune up needed and no belts needed. more

BEWARE of Willow Sunoco 5/8/2009

This place once was a decent repair shop but avoid it at all costs. They will tell you need work that doesn't need to be done. ie. replace brakes that don't need to be. I was told I needed new brakes when I had recently had them replaced somewhere else (huh!) They also damaged my car and lied to me about it. It's hard to find a good repair shop and this definitely ain't one! Trust me...steer clear. Cons: Dishonest, Dishonest, Dishonest more
