Awesome place to live. I have been here 3 years. Enjoy the location, walking distance to many things. Nice, safe, friendly neighbors. Like the security of electronic intercom entry. Enjoy the open areas across the street with river. more

This past year a lot of improvements have take place 5/23/2012

i have been a resident the past two years. This past year alot of improvements have take place. I have had a whole new bathroom put in for me. New light fixtures, flooring, cabinets and faucet. I am really pleased with how it turned out. The rent has went up 10.00 bucks but considering what has taken place and i don't have to pay the heating bills, its a deal! more

There going to town on everything this year. must be management decided they were tired of fixing and decided to replace it all. everything is new. New sidewalks, new laundry, new doors, new lighting, new hallways They fired the cleaning staff and hired someone else. Every things clean and fresh looking. Nice to come home. more

i have lived here for 2 years. alot of changes have taken placed. alot of updating fridges and ovens and microwaves. i asked for new blinds and they did put in new ones. I am very pleased and would recommend more

I have lived here almost 3 years. I have enjoyed living here. The rent is so LOW I LOVE IT! This is the first apartment I have been in that actually had a big enough living room to fit all of my furniture. Not to mention built in dishwasher and microwave! I would recommend this community to anyone looking for an affordable CLEAN QUEIT apartment. Not to mention close to everything. more

I have a 2 bedroom apartment that is along the beautiful Battle Creek river. The room is HUGE, Heat, Gas, Hot/Cold water and garbage included Garages, carports available too. more
