WARNING!! DO NOT USE THIS ILLEGAL CONTRACTOR!! He is Not registered with the State of CT as a legitimate contractor. He has complaints against him with the State of CT. He does not know his trade. My fence is very crooked!! he will Not fix it. He put ONLY finish paint on bare metal. My entire fence was delivered already rusting through the poor paint job! WARNING!!
