Wonderful service! 11/29/2011

The stylists and the whole staff at William Edge was incredible. The flu hit me while I was there, yet in the most uncomfortable situation, they made me feel as comfortable as one could feel. Even though she just got done doing my foils Christine washed them out and let me come back a different day and stayed late to redo them. Their kindness and warmth is worth coming back to and my color and cut was impressive also! more

Wonderful Service 11/25/2011

I purchased a groupon for a partial highlight, gloss treatment and haircut. This was one of my best salon experiences since moving to Texas five years ago. Dominique spent hours on my hair and provided excellent service, terrific color, and a wonderful haircut and style. I could not have asked for better service. I did not realize it was a non-tipping salon and was actually disappointed that I could not recognize Dominique for her superb service and quality cut! Would gladly go back without the groupon discounted price - HIGHLY recommend this salon and this stylist in particular more

I'm a guy and really don't know how I wanted my hair cut.... luckily Christine did! She was very helpful explaining why she would cut it this way and how I can maintain it. I was very impressed with the fun atmosphere and attention to detail. more

kirsten and aveda are wonderful 11/18/2011

As a 34 old female, I have had my haircut and colored many, many times. This was by far the best experience I have ever had. You don't have to worry about tipping, so you know how much you are paying. Also, there are no high pressure sales pitch to buy their products. The aveda product sell themselves because they are incredible. I went in with dry, over treated hair and left with beautiful, healthy, shiny hair. I am very pleased and will definitely be back to sew Kirsten. more

Great Haircut, Great Service! 11/17/2011

Had a Groupon to try out WIlliam Edge Salon (uses Aveda products). Very friendly, accomadating staff. Jennae Brown-Briner was my stylist. She devoted her time to doing my color,gloss and cut. But first she sat me down to ask what I wanted, looked at my hair and talked to me before she every started to do anything. I have been to places that just start cutting away and when I leave I am not sure who I am looking at in the mirror. She kept my infused water full and providing a much needed hand massage. While washing my hair also did a head massage. Upon leaving I asked to put the tip on bill. I was told they are a NON TIPPING SALON. I was shocked!! It was explained to me they are professionals, just as you wouldn't tip your dr/dentist, they don't except tips-just referrals- so folks- what are you waiting for? Very reasonable prices,($35 for a cut w/ Jennae), Aveda products, great service and you will look great when you leave...AWESOME! more

Awesome hair designer 11/15/2011

I was looking for someone that understood my hair and myself. I called and was given an appointment with the most professional hair stylist I had ever been too. She immediately understood me and my hair and what I was looking for. She has an exceptional insite into hair design and WE is lucky to have her. My experience with the salon...professional, friendly, caring individuals who are concerned with your hair and listen to what you want. I recommend them to everyone and especially my stylist Christine C. she is amazing. more

My husband bought a Groupon for me to this salon, and I was fortunate to have Kelsey Torgerson as my stylist! She took the time to ask about what I want and offer her professional opinion which was appreciated. She also was very kind/understanding about the "dent" in my head and worked to give me a style to enhance the height I needed in my hair style. This a no-tipping salon which I have never heard of, but it was refreshing, and by sharing my experience I hope referrals will be a good tip for Kelsey! Thank you! Amy M. more

I had a cut/color with Christine and it was great! She is a wonderful stylist who is creative, talented, and educated. I would recommend her to anyone who wants a great cut. She listens to what you are looking for and makes great suggestions! I will be back to her for sure!! more

Everyone at WE were exceptional from the receptionist to my stylist Christine as well as other members of the WE team. I got an amazing cut from Christine! She listened to what I wanted and created a perfect cut to fit my lifestyle. I really appreciated the fact that they didn't push any products on me after my service. I love my hair! 11/10/2011

My first hair appointment at William Edge was absolutley GREAT! Amanda did a WONDERFUL job on the color, highlighting and shaping (cut)of my FINE, THIN hair! It has only been one day since I have had my hair done and I have already had several complements on how beautiful my hair looks! :):):) I am very impressed by Amanda's professionalism and knowledge about the Aveda product line. Her communication skills are excellent and I knew right away during our consulation that she knows exactely what she is doing and what her clients expect from her. I am VERY pleased with my hair and all of the friendly helpful people at the William Edge Salon! I can tell this is going to be the best salon that I have been to and I would highly recommed Amanda as your next designer! RP more

1st Time at William Edge 11/1/2011

This was my first time at William Edge. My friend kept telling me to check it out. I LOVED the place, everyone was so friendly. Kristen cut my hair and was so nice and attentive. She really took the time with my hair, curly hair is different and takes someone special who knows how to work it. I will for sure be going back. My friend was right Kristen is the best! more

Facial 10/31/2011

Saturday was my first visit to William Edge - Las Colinas and it was great! Everyone was very nice and definitely client focused. Charlene has a very sweet and peaceful demeanor and was completely focused on me and seeing that my experience was everything that I needed. The facial included a relaxing foot wash, aroma therapy and shoulder massage all tailored to my needs. Charlene is wonderful. Thanks! more
