They had Martins that actually played in tune and they let me pick out my favorite strings to put on for free when I bought it. more

Great guitars and great people 5/19/2011

I was in Willcutt's talking about my dream guitar and they pulled one out that had just came in. It was perfect, the nicest one I've ever seen and I get to a lot of guitar shops. They have so many great guitars to choose from. It would be impossible to go in and not find an exceptional piece of gear that you probably wouldn't find elsewhere. Thank you Bob & the gang. more

Best Guitar Shop!!!! 5/19/2011

Staff is very knowledgable and WIllcutt's has the absolute best selection around!!! Bob also does amazing repair work. Trust me, DONT GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!! WIllcutt's is by far the best guitar store ANYWHERE near here!!! more

Willcutt's is a place for real players 1/4/2011

I have no clue what mkkim is talking about but then again I've only been a regular Willcutt customer since 1978. If you want to see the finest collection of guitars and guitar related items in this half of the country, go to Willcutt's. If you want toys go to Guitar Center. more

Horrible Service 8/13/2008

Honestly, I would have given Willcutt 0 stars but that wasn't an option. Great selection, however, much more importantly, the worst customer service I have ever received. I asked an associate questions and the man just stopped looking at me and didn't even answer my question. I was about to buy a $2000 dollar guitar and put it right back in the case and walked out. This wasn't the first time this happened. I haven't been in the store for over two years because this happened before that. Please don't shop there. Pros: Good selection Cons: NO customer service, employees DON'T care. No personal relationship, do NOT honor poor quality warrenties. more
