I went to Premier Dental's Olive Boulevard location in Creve Coeur. I would never recommend this place for the following reasons:\r \r 1. The wait time I have had has frequently been between 30-35 minutes as opposed to 5-10 minutes for all other dentists I have been to.\r 2. I had the worst experience of my life having a bonding done here. The dentist ground down my tooth to hitting nerves. The bonding fell off within 2 days and part of my tooth came off as well. I went back 5 times within about a month to get it redone and each time I felt as if the dentist was rushing through and all of the redos fell off as well. \r 3. When I asked them to release my medical records so I could give them to a new dentist that I found, they tried to get me to sign some form saying that I would not sue them for anything in the medical records. Also, they conveniently only gave me some x-rays instead of all of my dental records. \r 4. They did not refund my money for the damage they did to my tooth. They said they would work with me to get it fixed but I went in 5 times and am still worse off than before. I later emailed the office manager to tell them I would like to see another dentist in the practice because I had sores on my tongue and throat (I believe from swallowing shards of broken bondings and my tooth) and was worried I had developed an infection and they conveniently forgot to call me back.\r 5. They pretend to be all high tech because they use digital x-rays instead of film and the newest type of bonding materials but unfortunately that cannot save bad dentistry. I'd much rather go to someone that is old school and conservative than someone that acts like they can give me the perfect smile and ends up damaging my tooth. more

My new husband recommended Dr. Susan. He had taken his children there forever, and himself also loves the service her office provides. I was immediately impressed with the friendly staff, with the obvious business acumen, and most especially with Dr. Susan's professional yet hands-on manner.
