West Side Tire & Auto has been very good to me. 11/26/2013

I've been going to West Side Tire & Auto for a few years now and I think it's great. When I call, they always try to get me in. I have stopped there before and they have got me in right away. I have had no problems with their service. They have worked on my car, worked on the brakes on my Blazer, and fixed the bottom of my Blazer when it was rusted out. They've done a lot of work for me and I'm always satisfied with the result. Gunner, Travis, and don all have good customer service and do a great job. more

We recommend West Side Tire & Auto all the time. They have the best and most personal customer service and the most fair value. They provide the best value to us as a family in addition to providing the best possible customer service. We know we're always going to get a great deal there and that we are never going to be surprised by anything. They take great care of us. We've been going there for seven years, since we first moved to the community. We don't have that expertise. We need their expertise and they are always there when we need them--no matter what it is. We love those guys. more

Honest business people who provide quality service 11/18/2013

West Side Tire & Auto performed regular service on my vehicle. They always do what they say they're gonna do and don't charge more than what's agreed. I've asked them to do something and sometimes they tell me it's not needed yet so they're honest with the way they do business. more

West Side Tire & Auto is fantastic. I've been there probably four times for both my tires and a transmission fluid change. Their staff is very friendly and very time efficient. They give you a good price as well. They're friendly and helpful; it's great customer service. I would recommend them. more

I keep going back to West Side Tire & Auto! I'm able to get my car in at 7:30 in the morning and they're always very helpful with maintenance. They tell me things I should be watching for or may need in the future. I've been going there for twelve years. They have friendly people and competitive pricing. Go there on the day I go there: I bring donuts! more

Honest and reliable. 11/12/2013

I've been going to West Side Tire & Auto for quite a while. I live in Racine, but I run up to Oshkosh a bit. In all fairness for truth and disclosure, one of the managers there is married to my twin sister, so that's how I knew about them. That aside, they treat me great. I call and make an appointment and they just get it done. I've never had any complaints about any of the work they have done. I like them better than most of the places that are around Racine, so it's very convenient for me to go to them up there. I feel like I'm dealing with honest people there as opposed to some of the auto dealerships in Racine. They're reasonable, they do it right, and it's pretty much ready whenever they say it's going to be ready. more

Excellent Service 11/21/2012

I was going to go home for Thanksgiving break, when I ran over a nail, and the next day my tire was flat. We could not get the bolts loose, so my dad called these guys, and one came over, put a donute on my car, then I followed him to the shop and they put a new tire on. They were extremely nice, and customer friendly. I am going there again with any car repairs that I need. more

Tire Emegency 6/16/2012

On Friday 6/15/2012 as I was driving to Milwaukee I developed a tire problem,and had to get emergency help,George and Cale came to the rescue.I was able to limp my car in to their shop,and they had the tire I needed (used) at a reasonable price.and they quickly had it replaced with-in an hour,and I was able to continue my trip,Thanks again guys for a job well done. more

Great mechanics and great people. 6/11/2012

West Side Tire and Auto have helped me with a lot. In just the last two years I have had to get my car's engine, brakes, tires and power steering replaced. Despite a lot of frustration, they're very personal with me and very expedient. They go out of their way to make sure I understand the process and expected outcome. They follow-up after the service is completed. I highly recommend them to anyone who appreciates personal service and integrity. more

West Side Tire and Cliff's Tire and Battery offers quick service! They do what you ask them to do and seem pretty knowledgeable about what they sell. I had met Travis through a service organization and have been using West Side Tire and Cliff's Tire and Battery for three years! more

I love that everyone at West Side Tire is honest with me when it comes to my car. I can count on them to let me know what needs to be done now and what should be done in the future. I never feel pressured to fix something that isn't a safety concern. more
