I just wanted to say a BIG Thank You to the West Herr BMW Group In Rochester NY. Everyone from their sales team to service department deserve all the credit in the world. They made my experience more enjoyable then any other dealerships on W. Henrietta Rd. None of that high and low game, good-cop bad-cop. Just straight figures and numbers. My daughter bought a car from BMW of Rochester (West Herr) in December and has been very happy. We went in with her and were met with a salesperson eager to help us and very knowledgeable. He spent time with us going over all the car details and then when it came time, carefully reviewed all the paperwork and warranty options. I would highly recommend this dealership. Salesman Eric Eismann and pre-owned car manager Nick Demarco helped the process go quickly and smoothly!I bought a 2005 Mini Cooper S at the lowest price anywhere and was given the highest trade-in value on my old car. Over the winter I thought I had a minor problem with the car. The service staff at BMW reassured me that my car would be fixed by the beginning of the upcoming work week, but I needed a car to get to work that evening. My salesman Eric worked with Nick to get me a used car to use as a rental while my car was being worked on because my third party warranty company only assigned rental cars Mondays - Fridays, and this happened on a Saturday. I haven't had any problems with the car since, and look to their knowledgeable staff for any extra needs, and wants, for my mini!
