West Glen Village

my boyfriend went to the office to complain about to kids destorying property.we told jeanann about it but she didnt believe us because of the look she gave us.we filled out a complaint form and they said they would call us in a couple of days.three weeks later the manager came to our door trying to give us a ticket for destorying west glen property we told her it was us that was complaining not them she told us we were suppose to call them at the office until this was taking care of we told her that not what jeanann told us she told us she would contect us when pam came out that day my boyfriend truck got tagged for plates being expired they towed it away 600.00 later we got it back 3 weeks later they tagged his truck again saying it was broke down no body ask us to start it nobody came to our door and ask to see it running they just tagged it so i called the office to ask what was going on and they never answer the phone no surprise they never answer the phone the office closes at 5;00pm this was at 4;45 we could leave a message but we know they would not call us back we have left messages before i went to the office and sat in my car and called them and nobody answer so i went in and jean ann was on the phone not talking to nice it was a personal call i have gone up to the office on another time the sign says come in the door was locked it was during business hours we feel we are being picked on because we complained about someone the people in the office knew we are planning on moving out but to save your self a headache dont move in i havnt found one person to be happy in this community Pros: nothing postived Cons: run away more

Ive been a resident for 2 years. West Glen Village has been kind to us but there are a few things people should know before choosing this community. Cons: I will agree with the person above more

They raise the lot rent every 6 months. The water is off for repairs every week. It is a trap. When you decide to move or sell and are paid up, they will charge you for 3 months rent after you paid and moved. My credit report is screwed because of false charges they reported to the CRA's. Don't live here!!!! Cons: Slumlords more
