Jessica was outstanding. She told me about the dental services and how to get a ten percent discount, if I booked the appointment in the same month. She told me that she does the dental and how the Vets examine and help pull teeth as needed. i loved how she came out to the lobby to take Joanie back and was reassuring. I also appreciated her phone calls about her situation. Joanie had to have 26 teeth pulled. Jessica also brought Joanie back out to me after her woke up and explained how things went. The front office staff were also kind and attentive. It was a lot of money, but her quality of life is so much better now. And we do not have death breath in our house any longer, just her cuteness, Joanie! more

I've been a loyal patient of WEAH now for over 15 years. Even after I moved I still drive 20 min to keep them as my dogs hospital. The staff shows the utmost care and compassion towards my animals and I wouldn't trust any other vet in town. I know they treat my animals like they're family. more

His concerns are truly authentic 3/31/2016

The staff at West Eugene Animal Hospital are top notch in caring for my dog, Ally. Their customer service is excellent. It is quite evident that they truly care about the health and safety of their furry clients. My guess is that a visit to the vet can be a scary event for a dog or cat, yet Ally always seems to be comfortable .... knowing she will receive loving care and help to correct whatever her heath issue may be. Dr. Larson has called us at home in the evening hours or on weekends when he should be relaxing.... just to see how Ally is doing. His concerns are truly authentic. Martha is Ally's favorite and looks forward to seeing her on each visit. Thank you, all for being there when we need it. Judee, Gale and Ally more

The service was fast and the employees did an amazingly-nice job. I had no cat carrier and so they allowed me to borrow one to bring my kitty inside. Also I had to bring my 14 month old daughter who was a bit loud in the room and in most places they try to have me settle her down, which is very upsetting. Not one person asked me to do that here. more

I would never consider going anywhere else 3/17/2016

The level of knowledge, caring and support from Dr Seyler (all the doctors for that matter!) and all staff at West Eugene Animal Hospital is very comforting, We have been coming to WEAH for 25 years. I can find no reason not to continue to come. I currently have 6 four-legged family members that are all rescued with very unique and sometimes difficult situations. I find the personal attention and understanding each receives a testimony to the high level of professionalism and genuine loving care that is just natural to be found with every visit. I would never consider going anywhere else. Thank you and hurrah that you are here for our furry family members. more

My cats were seen in a timely manner by Dr. Larsen. He has a friendly, gentle touch with the cats and an informal attitude toward the folks who bring the cats (and dogs) in for appointments. more

I thought the all of the staff was great and friendly. We brought in a new to us pet and they gave him his first exam. I would highly recommend this clinic. They seemed to be very thorough with the whole process and very gentle and caring towards my animal. I will definitely bring my pet back as well as the rest of my critter clan at home. more

The facility was clean and peaceful. The attendants and doctors were kind and gentle and allowed me to assist in holding my cat while being seen. They were patient and didn't rush me, allowing me to ask questions and verify procedures. more

Assistants have always been very helpful 2/17/2016

My dogs have been patients with this practice for 8 years. We have loved every minute. The doctors and assistants have always been very helpful. We could not imagine going to another clinic. more

Great Care 6/26/2012

We ave been taking our dog, Baron, to West Eugene Animal Hospital for 4 years. They have always been able to schedule us quickly and we really like all the doctors we have seen. We love the attention they pay to our beloved family member. more

My experience at West Eugene Animal Hospital 6/23/2012

I have taken my dog, Gizmo, to see Dr. Larson at West Eugene Animal Hospital twice since being referred to the Hospital months ago, and I have nothing but good things to say about him and the staff I've met there. I go by what my dog tells me with regards to whether we'll be returning to see a vet or not, and Gizzy has never expressed any concern or displeasure with his visits with Dr. L. Gizzy is on a special vegetarian diet and I wondered when I first met Dr. Larson how he'd respond to that information. He responded very positively and was interested to learn more, even following up with me a few days after the visit after he'd had a chance to look at the diet and analyze it. I appreciated his willingness to see things "outside the box" as well as his feedback. I like his laid-back approach as well; he has never expressed an interest in getting me to spend more money by selling me on procedures or products, something I appreciate a great deal.
