When it comes to excellent service, Fernando Ramos as Weseloh Kia is truly amazing. I have purchased 5 cars from Fernando and every time I deal with him I know I am being treated right! Never a hard sell or haggle, just always looking out for my best interest and ensuring that my experience if supreme. The Kia Optima fits our needs well and, we think, is a beautiful car. A fellow church member spoke highly of/recommended Weseloh.\r \r The amazing thing was Bob Delia's Customer Care. He took the time to walk us through the many features of the Optima. He listened well and was patient with the many questions. \r \r Bob also did a great job of following up when we asked him to contact us. \r \r Overall, an excellent experience with one of our least favorite things, car shopping. more

Fernando Ramos was absolutely great to us, and he made our decision making experience easy and helpful! We were impressed with all the fine staff, but exceptionally pleased to work with Fernando. Even the finance staff worked very hard to get my son Patrick into a safe and great car by searching for a good finance rate and lender. We were pleased with whole experience.
