I contacted Weltman due to of all things, a previous night drain cleaning that went bad by competitor. Needed a quick shower clog fixed and in fairness, the competitor fixed the clog however just before leaving the kitchen sink backs up due to risiduals from the original clog. Their solution?..replace pipes. So much for the $99 special. The funny thing was when the competitor was about to leave (with his pipe replacement quote in hand) he asked if I need anything in the meantime to please give them a call. 'Well, I have a new clog now due to your negligence and you're a plumber, so get to work!' It was very clear that the $99 special was only to get into my home to 'find' a bigger solution. I even offered to pay another $99 to snake this new clog just so I don't have debris in my kitchen sink, but apparently he wasn't interested. So I Called Weltman the next morning and had the problem solved in 45 minutes with just a standard snake. No over the top commission-based tactics and plumber Kyle W. gave me good advice to keep my pipes clean going forward. Most importantly, I feel confident when Kyle left that I was in good hands. Look, nobody wants a plumbing problem and $99 plumbing rarely ends up a $99 fix, but I know now to stick with Weltman. This is the 2nd time using them and both times exceeded my expectations. Kyle rocked too! Next I'll do a review for the eompetitor that won't be so kind. more

Wow, great service overall from the first phone call. Dispatch (Bob) kept me informed about arrival times, certificate of liability was e-mailed to me without even having to ask! and Rich was helpful and knowledgeable in trying to help me get my repair done in the most lasting, cost efficient and timely manner. As he did last year during my annual maintenance visit, Brian showed up on time and did a thorough and professional evaluation of both furnaces in my home. I woke up this morning to a cold shower! Checked the hot water tank and it was leaking! Called Weltman at 9am and by 7:30pm I have a new hot water tank installed. Kevin was polite, courteous and knowledgeable about the installation. He gave me options and explained them all, from financing to warranties. They even have a service plan! Kevin did the installation in the pouring rain and kept my floors, especially my beige carpet, clean and dry! It was a little more expensive than I expected but for emergency service and a hot shower, it was worth it! Thanks Weltman! more

Weltman = Peace of Mind. The team at Weltman recently replaced my home furnace and AC. From the initial assessment of the system, to scheduling an installation, to having the system installed -everything was smooth as silk. The folks who work at Weltman are professional and polite. They show up on time, take efforts to keep your house clean while working, review everything they are doing, and assure you are satisfied before they consider a job complete.
