the phone has been disconnected. the service to my mortgage account was awful. have been attempting to refinance since November, never invited to the office, large quantity of phone calls to my home after nine pm and primarily on Saturday, Sunday and Holidays. After numerous bad experiences with his company as my mortgage holder, this is the last straw, when on on New Year's Day, the suggestion was given on two of my phone lines, that in our ""game"" I was ""IT"", and we needed to meet for a drink or coffee somewhere to finalize the loan My office and home address are less than ten minutes from the office.
