Wells Fargo Bank

I am soooo upset with Wachovia Bank, seems like they merged with Wells Fargo thing got even worse. I have been with this bank for over 30 years. They just started charging me for withdraws from other banks ATMs, even though the other bank does not charge. I liked the convience of withdrawing cash from a Wawa ATM, but now Wachovia charges me $2.50 each withdraw. I'm going to another bank. more

I began banking at this particular branch after they had switched from a First Union branch to a Wachovia branch. My old Washington Mutual that I had used in Florida was just to far away and there were many First Union banks in the Philadelphia area. I didn't open my accounts at this particular location because I never did notice it until a month or so afterwards. Being that it was right around the corner, I felt stupid that I had not noticed it. This branch is located within the Roosevelt Mall shopping center and always seemed to be busy no matter what time of day. The drive-through was always quick and efficient. They had two ATM's available, one drive through and the other was a walk-up. Whenever I had the need to go inside, they employees were always friendly. They greeted me, took care of my transactions quickly and wished me a good day. The inside of this branch was always clean and well maintained, even when they were remodeling the front doors.
