Mr wells did not live up to the expectation I had of an impartial arbitrator. In my opinion he showed absouletly no compassion for the victims of a negative encounter with a large auto maker. In my estimation of what Wells did if he were sitting in on a trial for a man wo was accused of armed robbery of a convinence store it is my opinion Wells would side with the armed robber citing that if the store had not been open and if the clerk would not have not gone to work the robery would not have taken place. The AAA is not a fair association it does not despense justice in a fair way. Arbitration is alive and well to serve large business, not the common citizen of the United States. This is my opinion.
