Issue with my car was not resolved-now taking to another Hyundai dealer for service to see if issues will be investigated/resolved

Would like to take this chance to thank Webb Hyundai and all the staff involved with the purchase of my new vehicle. This dealership raises the bar on professional staff and making the customer feel like a valued customer. This is my second purchase of a new Hyundai from this dealership and all future purchases will go toward this dealer. My special thanks to Lisa who took the time when I was there for a service visit for my 2007 Elantra to explain the new changes to some of the new cars and the products that the dealership offered. She also extended an invitation to come back and test drive a new car and set me up with a salesperson which in turn led to my purchase of a 2012 Sonata. Thank you again, love my new car! more

Exceptional 12/7/2011

Kim and service staff were once again, exceptional. We purchased an extended warranty from another dealership when we bought our van. I didn't know that everytime we have a warranty issue, the 'selling' dealer needs to release it in order to have the work done elsewhere. Fortunately, the service department at Webb Hyundai is patient and told me what I needed to do. I have had every service done there since we purchased the vehicle. Having them do any warranty work should be a no brainer! more

Very Satisfactory 12/7/2011

I felt the experience from beginning to end was very satisfactory. The salesman, Adam Garcia, was wonderful. He was pleasant, very professional and great to work with. The person who handled my financing was wonderful as well. He worked at finding me financing and I appreciate the trouble that they both went through to assist me. I am very pleased with my vehicle. It is the first new car I have owned in almost 15 years and it has been a real pleasure to drive. I am a very happy customer and would recommend Webb Hyundai to my friends. more

Always great service, work done well and in a timely manner, explained what needed to be done ranked in order of importance so I could make an informed decision as to what I would have done taking into account my financial concerns, excellent staff in service area and dealership. Nice newly remodeled waiting room. more

I Highly Recommend 10/12/2011

Came in for an oil change, the service manage quickly identified that there were three outstanding 'soft'? Recalls on my sonata. I was asked if I had time for them to be completed at the same time of the oil change, or would I like to schedule in the future. The service manager did a fairly good job at estimating the amount of time needed for all the work. Webb Hyundai, is a very clean and polite dealership. Highly recommended. more

The service department at Webb Hyundai in Highland, IN has an exceptional staff. Advisor named Kim was very professional, thorough, and pleasant. She seems to make customers feel pleased that they came to Webb for service. I was totally satisfied and feel I couldn't have gotten better service. Daisey was my Salesperson and she was wonderful. I was very comfortable with speaking with Daisey she promptly returned all my calls and answered all of my questions. I wanted a lady because I feel men can be a little over powering and when I called your dealership she took the call. I asked her to keep an eye out for a small car or truck to use in the winter and I have no doubt she will be calling me in the next couple of months. You made an excellent choice in choosing Daisey, she is truly an asset to your company. I'm not sure if there are many female dealership owners but if not Daisey would surely make an excellent Owner. I will be sure to mention her to any one I know that's in the market for a new/used car. more

Service not so good! 8/17/2011

Bought a used car from them. I never bought from a dear before, didn't know what to expect. Had to go back to drop for paperwork for the financial end. After the second trip my husband asked where my temporary plate was. I didn't know but you think they would know! After the third trip in one day I got the temporary plate. Almost 30 days from the date of purchase I still have not received a call or any mail so that I can get my actual license plate. They don't even offer a gas card or anything for this mess. Still waiting........ more
