I scheduled 3 appointments on the same day but different times for my sons at 10 a.m. until 11 a.m. and for myself at 5 p.m. My sons appointments went through as scheduled and when I came to the clinic the receptionist Eddie said I'm not in their schedule. I showed him the email and he insisted that I was not in the computer system. I told him how can that be when my sons appointments were in the system and me the insurance holder was not. The receptionist is not as accomodating as he should be and should have suggested to find a way to honor the appointment scheduled online but he was rude.
