Water Wings Swim School

I started going to water wings when i had 2 kids.. now i have 4 kids ages ranging 2-11 and still go there and absolutely love it. the teachers are great the facilities are wonderful and clean. whenever i come there it feels so cozy and friendly because management is there and they are so friendly. I complained once because the water in the showers being cold and they fixed it right away. if there is a problem it just needs to be communicated with them. Office staff is great. I cannot complain. My friends have tried different places and have told me how bad it was and when they try water wings they are just blown away by the difference. more

This is by far the most horrible place. The management is completely incompetent, rude, and unprofessional. Schedules are never done appropriately, classes are moved and canceled without being notified and children are always put in the wrong levels. Aside from a few good instructors - I would not trust my children to this company. The water is not regulated properly and kids have rashes from the misuse of chemicals. Absolutely HORRIBLE! more

While my son and I love the teachers and the staff at this place, the facility is beyond disgusting. There is mold, filth, dirt, and hair everywhere. The floors are so gross that my son doesn't even want to walk on them. The pool is always green, and murky it looks like a swamp. The bottom of the pool floor has a coating of dirt on it. They don't even care! I have complained several times, but it never changes, Unfortunately I will be taking my business elsewhere. Be Ware! i have been to a couple schools in town and water wings is by far the best. they have top notch teachers friendly office staff and the owners are great. My 2 year old was swimming by herself when she was barely 1 years old and my 4 year old is swimming laps like a pro! i reccomend for everyone to go there! Pros: great teachers more

My kids and I had a great time there. Both of them were swimming before they turned 3 and love the pool. While I do agree there office staff needs work, we went to learn how to swim and the teachers were great. Would recommend this school to my friends. Pros: Great Teachers more

I took my daughter here for a year now. I was always very understanding about everything. I paid a week ago for 8 weeks of swimming lessons, and I went today just to hear that I have to pay again because they can't find me in the computer. So my daughter started crying, she really loves learning to swim, they took my money, wasted my time, and you know what I got instead of some apology? The girl at the computer, that was supposed to take care of business AND MADE A MISTAKE by not putting the pay in the computer database started to TOTALLY IGNORE ME AND TEXTING ON HER PHONE WITH HER FRIENDS!!! That's what you get in this place. I lost money and time, my daughter is sad and she doesn't understand why people would do what they did. The best thing that can happen to this place is to go out of business. Don't go there!!!! Cons: they don't take care of business more

Took our son there since he was a baby a couple of years ago. All was great like the lady that did the review a year ago and even though it was expensive we thought it was worth it. A few months ago we decided to take our son back and he almost drowned in one of the classes in front of several instructors and parents. We spoke to the owner A. and he told me he had fired the instructor and would make sure to spend some one on one time with my son since now he is scared of the water and has nightmares and draws pictures of him drowning and no one getting to him on time. He then decided with his wife T. not to fulfill his promise and not return my phone calls and not even answer them. We heard this swim school has gone downhill and overexpanded to California. They obviously do not care about their business and on their website they ask for instructors with ""no experience needed"". We are going to do all we can so people know what they are getting into. We are not talking about undercooked steak but your kid's lives! Do not go here please Cons: No supervision, untrained non-experienced people more

I enrolled my two children in Water Wings, ages 4 and 5. In 4 sessions they were both floating on their backs, diving for rings and exhibiting the beginnings of a stroke. Due to circumstances out of our control, we had 4 different instructors within a months time, and each one was as thorough and competent as the next. Water Wings was definitely money well spent! I would highly recommend them to anyone interested in finding a top notch swim school for their beginning swimmer!! Pros: builds the foundation necessary for developing a competent swimmer.
