Just when I thought genuine customer service was nowhere to be found... this place is great! The owner is very, very nice and honest. You can tell he enjoys doing what he does and gives you his full attention. Even if the total tab is $4. I will always make the drive just to see him. more

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!! 10/2/2009

Just when I thought that customer service does not exist anymore, I went to Watch the time and Steve the owner was so sweet and so honest about my repairs that I regained faith in customer service. I wanted my grandmothers gold watch repaired, cleaned, polished etc. - he calls it ""Overhaul"" - when I got the watch back - it was like brand new!! - so shiny and beautiful. And... here's the best part: when I went back to pick up my watch he remembered my name!!! His prices are great - his service is fabulous - his work is impeccable. What else do you want? He truly IS the best!!! Thanks Steve!!! Pros: He's extremely professional Cons: none! more
