Fresh fruits and veggies release gas that discolors flowers. Also, you just know that the flowers and plants in a grocery store aren't top quality and are ""loss leaders"", sellin...

Grocery stores shouldn't sell flowers 10/29/2009

Fresh fruits and veggies release gas that discolors flowers. Also, you just know that the flowers and plants in a grocery store aren't top quality and are ""loss leaders"", selling at a huge discount while you spend $$$ in the store. Cons: Bad place for flowers more
