I have been to Waldo's several different times, but never during the day for their food. I instead am one to show up there for the nightlife. Thursday nights are always fun but a very packed environment. I enjoy the bar Thursday nights because I like the fast and full environment that it has and they have cheap pitchers Thursday nights. If you are looking for a slower environment try going on a different night. Every time I have been there for the weekends it is not near as packed but still a nice bar to go to. Make sure to bring two id's if you go on Thursday, they will ask for a second. It can be anything with a picture on it to something with just your name like a credit card!
