Bad programming 12/2/2008

Tonight, we had an entire eveing planned around the advertised Christmas movie that was going to be on. My child was looking forward to it and we had seen no0 changes to the schedule advertised. We sit down and turn the TV on and a stupid Titans special is on! Are you kidding me?!! This is the Christmas season, there is no other children's programming on the regular channels and we are stuck watching Jeff Fisher spout off at the mouth?! I am dumb founded that they did not make it known that they thoght something about the Titans was more important than the regular programming. Seriously... air it at 3 pm the next day?! Do they not realize that most parents work and cannot get home to let their kids watch this unless they are old enough to be home alone and then they are probably not going to watch it anyway! more

I have watched Lisa Patton on WKrn ""do"" the weather for Years now; she is accurate, believeable, and straightforward with her forcasts. I remember the Nashville Tornado of 98/99 and how she was on the air right away, when the huge thing was spotted, went On the air Instantly, beat all other weather reporters in Nashville to it.\r She was calm & collected , all the while keeping a ""Play by Play"" of the Tornado as it tore through the new construction of the football stadium & through east Nashville.\r If you are needing to know the correct weather forecast.. listen to Lisa! more

Bad Programming 9/11/2002

I hate tuning into a TV Station anticipating watching a show and have it kick off the air with local programming. I tuned in to watch ""Whose Line is it?"" only to be subjected to Titans Live. They could have at least told their viewers when and where to possibly watch the regularly scheduled shows. more

Don't try to watch this station 6/18/2002

Don't try to watch this station! All that you will be treated to is ""breaking"" news that cuts into your shows about nothing. I'm sick and tired of having my shows interrupted by a weatherman informing me that it isn't going to rain, or to be told that nothing is happening in the quest for a balenced budget. It makes me even more angry when I am treated to 10 minutes of horn honking and kids with signs when the news is only 14 minutes away. more
