Because I plan on relocating in a few years, I chose the no-cost refinance option. David was very responsive, and very detailed in explaining the programs to me. My loan closed in 22 days and didn't even require an appraisal.
This was the easiest loan I have ever done. The only time I had to leave my house was to sign the closing papers, and they even offered to have a mobile notary come to my house if that was more convenient.
I am VERY satisfied and will definitely use Wells Fargo again when I relocate.
