I took my car in on a Thursday for an estimate on repairs because my car was stalling out when the car came to a stop-estimated cost about 340-monaday morning my mom took the car in first thing and after waiting 4 hours there was an additional 160 added to the repair price-so now over $450 later I get my car back-as soon as I drive my car it is STILL having the same problem. I took it immediately back myself. 3 days later on Wed they still do not know what is wrong with my car. supposedly it had a complete tune up and spark plugs were replaced. It was suggestioned that it was going to be about an $800 repair in additione to what was already done. I took my car back and took it to another place-He clean the throttle body and replaced the air filter (these things should have already been done!). Once these items were done and only $120 later my car was running fine. Havent had a problem since and I didnt need that $800 repair. My problem was not fixed and time and money was wasted. The only plus side to this was that I was given a courtesy car for those 3 days and the once the manager return he has reimbersed me my bill from the second shop. Careless mistakes were made and teh job was not completed correctly. more

1st experience with Vulc Tech. Sent college age daughter to get my car inspected. Also needed oil change. Car would not pass and needed new tires. Answered all of my daughters questions and offered a very reasonable price to replace all tires. Very happy with the way my daughter was treated and the price was great. Pulled in without an appointment and asked for an oil change. They took care of it while I walked over and had a wonderful lunch at Dyamite Sushi. When my lunch was finished, so was my car including new RainX windshield wiper blades. So grateful that Vulc Tech takes such good care of my car. more

I brought one of my 3 vehicles in for a grease, oil and filter change. The technician, who worked on my truck, found a small nail in my left rear tire, while checking the vehicle out. Vulc Tech personnel are always pro-active and let you know about potential and existing problems. more

I came in for a routine oil change, everyone was nice and helpful. When I went to pay, I was given a 7$ off coupon to use that same day. I was also shown how to get the "vulc-tech" app for my iPhone which has even more coupons. It made me happy to know that I'll always get great service done here and for a great price. more

I use to be a long time customer of Tate's Garage and I decided to give Vulc Tech a try once they took over. My wife took both our vehicles there for an inspection and had nothing but good things to say about them and the improvments they have done with garage. more

The new Location looks great. It definitely lessens your wait times for services such as quick oil changes and inspections. My oil change for my Audi was done quickly and I appreciated being consulted on the OEM suggestion of a "not needed" higher-priced oil instead of just assuming. If I have just one suggestion for them, while I appreciate the great service, I think the $8.95 + $2 dollars fees charged in conjunction with the oil change seem a bit steep compared to most other local oil change facilities. Possible remedies to this issue, while still keeping profits in mind, could be to increase your $2.00 hazardous waste fee to $3.00 and drop your labor cost to $5.95. $8.95 total labor cost and you can advertise that your labor costs on oil changes dropped by 20% to increase sales traffic. I'm sure it will work and ALL of your new & regular customers will appreciate it! Keep up the great work. See you again soon for brake work! more

First time visit, I would go back for more repairs. They seem to have there act together. Good local mechanic are hard to find. more
