My dog was attacked on a Sunday so I went to Rock Creek Veterinary Hospital. The bandage I put on my dog came off and blood went everywhere in the waiting room, the front desk staff showed little concern. I had to go to the back, get a wet paper towel and clean it up myself after they took her back. When I called for a status on my female chocolate lab, after being on hold for five minutes, they asked what my cats name was... When I came to pick her up, they said ""he'll"" be right out... Nice. I hope there's never another emergency, if so I'll go to Dove Lewis.
Cons: poor customer service, expensive, awful front desk
