I own twin furnaces and one was not firing. The technician quickly found the problem, had the part to fix it on his truck and was able to make the repair in less than an hour. He checked the temp in several areas of the house to make sure the system was operating correctly and made sure that he cleaned up and replaced everything that had to be moved. Great job! more

I couldn t be happier with the service I ve received from Vogel and their staff. When my A/C went out this spring my tech Scott Gray came out and diagnosed the problem quickly and professionally. He showed great respect for my home and was very freindly and tolerable to my dog Keaton . He ordered the correct parts and had them ready and available when I was able to get the finances to make the repair. When I was ready he came out and installed the compressor start relay and capacitor and then made an extremely thorough check out of system to make sure it was operating properly before leaving. I was very happy and impressed with the amount of time and effort Scott put in to make sure I was taken care of . My A/C was once again keeping me nice and cool. Unfortunately when I came home late that evening I discovered I had another problem and called Vogel at about 11:30 p.m. to let them know what the situation was. The emergency service told me that they would have a tech call me. I did not expect to here from the tech, who happened to be Scott, in about 15 minutes after I called. He assured me the Vogel team was there for me and he was determined to get my system up and running for good. I expressed to him that it was the weekend and the weather was going to be very mild and to just wait til next week to get started if possible. Scott assured me I was top priority and he was going to make an all out effort to take care of me. He called in Vogel s Residential Expert, Joe Woods, to meet him out at my home that week to determine the problem. Quickly they found the compressor itself to have gone out. Joe had researched it and found that this particular compressor was on recall and 100% covered parts and labor. WOW !!! OUTSTANDING !!! The very next day Scott was out with a new compressor and parts and my system is now working like a champ. I can t express how impresssed and happy I am with the service I ve gotten from Vogel and in particular both Scott and Joe. Thank you Scott ! Thank you Joe ! Thank you Vogel Heating and more
