I entered the store and started to browse glasses for my child and literally watched 3-4 unoccupied salespeople walk around the store. No one approached me or attempted to provide...

We love this BWW in Chicago Ridge! The Assistant Manager is absolutely all about customer service! I can't think of his name but he is excellent! The servers and bartenders are some of the friendliest we have ever come across in a restaurant. The food is great and the atmosphere is wonderful! more

It's okay 4/7/2011

I usually go to this BWW and the one in Orland Park and I like the servers here better than in Orland Park. In my visits, the servers are peppier and friendlier. On my last visit, I think the waitress's name was Tara, she was very conversational. more
