I entered the store and started to browse glasses for my child and literally watched 3-4 unoccupied salespeople walk around the store. No one approached me or attempted to provide...

I entered the store and started to browse glasses for my child and literally watched 3-4 unoccupied salespeople walk around the store. No one approached me or attempted to provide me with any service. After waiting 10 minutes. I left the store and will not ever return. more

I had a wonderful experience at vision works the manager and staff was very attentive to my needs.I had a exam for glasses and contacts. The best Customer service I’ve had in a long time. Customer Service ! 4/5/2019

Well this was a excellent experience although I had to go back and return my glasses. The store Manager Doreatha and associate Nora was the people that I Say the Customer Service was off the chain ! This is where I will be going from now on ! Angel and Alex was trained very well! Two thumbs up ...... more

Ayo world!! I want to just say how wonderful the staff is at this location. I’d like to thank Nora and Grisselle for helping me pick the perfect tint for my frames, they're both very knowledgeable and professional individuals with hilarious personalities.
