Worst

Order a Black Sofa was told it would take 4 to 6 weeks instead it took 8 weeks. To make matters worse if Found the same sofa at the homestore for $200 less

I went to Visions in Furniture with Ashley furniture in mind. They had what I was looking for and the salesmen were very friendly. They made me and my fiance feel at ease with no pressure. When our sofa and love seat were delivered it looked beautiful in our new home. I will definitely go back and get the nine piece dining room set I saw. more

We have been shopping at Visions in Furniture for over 10 years! Steve is fantastic to work with. They have not only help me BUT many of my clients with their furniture needs. Personally my home looks STUNNING thanks to all the wonderful items purchased from Visions in Furniture. When it comes to uniqueness and style Visions in Furniture has it all!!!!!! more

Great Customer Service 6/12/2011

My furniture was delivered in a very timely manner as promised. The delivery men were very careful with not only the furniture but my walls as well. They made sure I was completely satisfied with the placement of the furniture prior to walking out the door. They were extremely kind & professional. I will be buying again. more

Visions in Furniture...this place rocks. I am sure I will get all of my furniture from them from now on. Everyone who I had contact with were always very nice and wonderful. The service was impeccable...my inexpensive couch and coffee table came in no time and in perfect condition. more

i thought the salesman were very knowledgable and customer service was excellent i will shop their for all my furniture needs from now on i purcahsed nearly my whole house from them and everything was flawless i recommend them to everyone more

I special ordered a futon. I was told it would be in a week. It took over a month and when it did arrive it was the wrong one. I was told I had to wait another 3weeks or take what was sent. more

Do not waste your time and money 8/3/2006

I was looking for a bedroom set for my daughter and this is one of the stores that had on catalog what we were looking for. None was in stock, or at least that was what we were let to believe. When we placed the order the salesman told us that we would have it in 3 day. It took a week and numerous phone call, before it was delivered. Because we did not pay to have the furniture set up, they did not open and inspect the items at our home. When we opened the furniture, all items, but one had damages on them It took me a month to get the items exchanged. Don't waste your time and money with this peole. They are terrible.They do not even want to help you.They simply do not care. PROS: None CONS: more
