The technicians there were very nice however the sales person kept trying to change the price and only when I got irate and decided to leave did she finally give me the advertised...

I have been going here for over 10 years and yes you have to wait a while even though you have an appt. but it's affordable and I have never had any problems with the quality of the products and I always pay what either the coupon I take says or what they quoted me before my appt. I will continue to go for my glasses and contacts alot of my friends go also more

Dr. Tran is always so very thourough in his eye exams? so he was the first person I thought of when a piece of debris was caught in my eye from a remodeling project. He and his friendly staff thoroughly examined my eye today to make sure I did not have any permanent damage. Thank you! more

worst service I have ever had 8/14/2010

First I was attracted to there by their advertisement. It turned out that you could never get the price as advertisement. The price is doubled if you choose the cheapest, lowest quality glasses and the lady there will persuade you to pay much more. The doctor is impatient to answer my question. Two of the ladies I met there were very RUDE! This is the worst service I have ever had in US. I hope I could give them zero star. more

At first it seems like a good deal and then at the end they get you what was supposed to cost me $99 ended up costing me $250 there was a poor selection of glasses there was a lady insulting me every time I tried a pair on and another lady that was arguing with me about prices what I can see and kept saying I would have to pay $60 extra b/c i had an infection ( I was right b/c my eyes where not infected just dry and a little red) This was the first and last time i go to vision max. the only max part is the pricing and the rude people there was this one really sweet lady that saw me struggling and ready to leave. Ive had on my contacts for 2 days and realize they gave me the wrong prescription I cant drive b/c i cant see the signs. more
