I have been shopping at this mall for the past 7 years and have spent thousands of dollars just at this one mall alone. The stores are great and this mall can boast in having a fabulous variety of stores to choose from. But, times have changed. Recently, I would say in the past year or two, I can honestly say that I haven't felt as secure to shop here, and it is really a shame that I have to CONSTANTLY watch my purse in the mall and/or look over my shoulder when I go out to my car. I can no longer shop here for fear of getting mugged, or gunned down in the parking lot! Pros: It's a Mall. Cons: Parking is a nightmare on the weekends. more

Nothing special 2/24/2006

I hate to say this, as First Colony is in my neighborhood, but this mall is pretty unexciting. It has the same retailers as any suburban mall with nothing to distinguish it. It's big enough to accommodate the area, at least for now, and is generally not overcrowded, and if you're happy with the usual suburban stores - Ann Taylor, Banana Republic, Express - you can find something cute while strolling around. The food court is also the same old stuff, so have a Cinnabon pastry while you're wandering around Waldenbooks, wishing once again you'd made the drive out to the Galleria. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED IS RIGHT! 7/25/2005

The food court is another plus, as there are plenty of eateries to choose from. Go here, sure its far but make the trek. Its totally worth it, fill up that gas tank and get goin!
