I am originally from New York and I am very cautious as to whom touches my hair. I was looking for the right person to do this with and instead, I got a whole company. The experience at this location was incredible. The staff is very professional and know exactly how to put you at ease. Iris Cardenas was the person who was assigned to cut my hair and since doing so, she has won me over for life. She is not only a beautiful person to deal with, but extremely confident at what she does and it shines thru her work. more

Rafaela did an amazing job on my hair, I LOVED IT! I got so many comments at homecoming and I think this worker deserves a raise! :) I posted pictures of it on facebook and I'm going to put her name on it as a tag so people who would like the same thing will ask for her. I'm one of those people that is terrified of getting my hair cut. But it was finally time since I hadn't had it cut and styled in about a year. I made an appointment with Visible changes at Deerbrook Mall. The girl that my appointment was with was named Rafaela. more

I had very long hair with subtle layering and went in for a trim. I left devastated with shoulder length hair with the worst choppiest layers of my life!! I could not believe my eyes when I saw what Nufo had done. To make things more interesting I called to complain, I came back and they 'ATTEMPTED"" to ""fix"" it. I STILL HATE IT! While my hair was being fixed Nufo (who'd ruined my hair) was allowed to sit in the chair next to me while I got it fixed glaring at me and bragging about what wonderful work he does and how many clients are allegedly ""pleased"" with him. :( DEVASTATING experience. If you like your hair, I suggest you take it elsewhere. It is going to take my hair years to grow back. :( I wish there were a zero star option. :( more

I had not had my hair touched in over 10 years and naturally was very skeptical about anyone touching my hair. I started reading reviews of salons in the area and all signs pointed toward Rachel. So I drove the hour to Humble and gave her a try. I was so impressed!! I have naturally curly long hair and her advice was spot on! She gave me a Keratin treatment and long layered hair-cut. She listened to me and worked with me on what I wanted done. I was thoroughly impressed with her work and will continue to use her. Thank you Rachel for taking my hair from unruly to totally manageable. I love love my hair and my new hair-stylist!! If you go to Visible Changes (and I recommend you do so), ask for Rachel, you wont regret it. As she keeps busy, you need to call for an appointment. more
