Warranty on Work 2/25/2014

I was pleasantly surprised that I was not charged anything for having them check on an oil leak they repaired a year ago. Not being able to find the leak they needed to clear the area, and didn't charge me for that either. THANK YOU! more

I walked in on a Saturday morning and the lobby appeared quite full. I was greeted right away and informed of the expected wait for emissions check and safety inspection. All of the representatives were courteous and I was out of there in just over 30 minutes. more

Suggestions for improvement.: Please reset vehicle indicators after service; also, please ensure correct maintenance period in your database--Mobile 1 upgrade should reflect 5,000-7,500 miles to next change, not 3,000 as your shop continuously (automatically) notes in your system. more

fast and professional service 2/22/2014

I needed a new tire quickly since we were on our way out of town for the weekend. Stopped by at 8am. By 8:30am I was back on the road with a new tire. Not only were they able to match the tire but it was on sale also. Wonderful service. more

Excellent service by front desk, and service personnel. Some oil left on top of engine required us to return to correct oil fumes. Was steamed cleaned to correct problem. OK now. Very satisfied. more

100% CARE for my car! 2/22/2014

The fine folks at VA Tire and Auto (of Centreville, I can't comment on other locations) are so terrific, they really care for my car and my car's needs, and therefore MY needs! Their hours are terrific (before work, after work, VERY helpful!), they are great about getting work done in a timely manner, and the shuttle service is prompt and courteous. And the prices are quite reasonable! Thank you for caring for my car! more

Car Runs So Fine Now 2/22/2014

I just want folks to know how well my 1997 Honda Accord runs after your talented technicians worked their magic on my classic Honda. It is such fun to drive again. Runs like new. Thanks again. I will be sure to return if my car has any future problems. more
