VA Tire & Auto caused my Breakup 3/2/2014

My relationship with the Honda dealership has been severed because of VA Tire and Auto! The staff was great! They serviced my car quickly, efficiently and saved me $230! I was out in no time! I will recommend them to everyone! more

Take great care of their customers 2/28/2014

What makes this my preferred place for car repair and maintenance is that not only are they great mechanics that can fix almost anything, but they also provide all of the amenities. Without their shuttle I would have to take a cab when I leave my car there. They also explain every problem so I can understand it and they present me with options and the pros and cons of each instead of just telling me they need to do the most expensive thing. I love that they are so honest. more

I sent my car in for state safety inspection and emissions. The price was right for both, but it was the customer service that really made Va tire and auto stand out. The facility was clean and bright, service was time appropriate, and the employees were all friendly. I would highly recommend this facility to friends and family and I will be back. more

Excellent Service with a smile 2/25/2014

The courtesy roadside service was fast and the technician provided excellent service. The tire was inspected quickly and a new tire was provided in short order. All in all, the best that could be expected when you start with a flat tire. more
