just an all-around great place to go for service work 3/15/2014

the place is great THO geoff (?) didn't seem to be very friendly (and i believe this is the 2nd time i have had to deal with him and have the same impression). but was able to get my car inspected at the same time instead of having to bring it back. more

Oil Change 3/15/2014

Took a little longer to get out than I expected as the lines were shorter than expected for a Saturday and had a lot of staff working the lines. It is always a pleasure doing business with John Miller and I would go no where else!!! more

Oxygen Sensor Replacement 3/14/2014

We have had an intermittent Check Engine Light for a month or so. Scans indicated an Oxygen sensor. Finally stayed on so we had it corrected. Shop was quick and efficient. Only trouble I believe the parts cost is a bit high. more

Great Customer Service! 3/6/2014

My service was done in a timely manner. The shuttle took me to and from the location which made it possible for me to get some work done at home while my car was being taken care of. I was told of additional repairs that were needed before they were done and given the option of having them done. more

Needed emission inspection on my daughter's car and was short on time. I got there almost an hour before they usually started inspections, but they took my car in as soon as the "inspection guy" got to work, just a few minutes after I arrived. more

I arrived first thing when they opened on a week day for an oil change. I was in and out in under a half hour. Friendly service from all the employees. Gave me recommendation for new tires but did not pressure me into buying them. more

Last Min Inspection 3/4/2014

The month changed and I looked at my window and realized I was overdue for inspection - I knew I also was due for an oil change. Arrived and have to wait 1 1/2 to have both services done, not bad for not planning ahead. more
