The work done on my vehicle was good, but that's what I expect; however, both the driver's and passenger seat were laid back and the radio stations were changed with the volume way up. This tells me that not only did the driver take my car out for a joy ride, but he also took along a passenger to do 'God knows what'. My car was also filthy outside and covered in road dust, as if off-roading. I brought the car in to be serviced having been freshly washed. I only left it for two days, in which it did not rain or snow, so I did not expect my car to be covered with dirt. Also, all of my compartments (i.e. side door, glove box, center console) had everything shuffled around and rummaged through. I brought my car in for 90K service and had already given them my wheel lock bolt and declined the in-cabin air filter, so there was nothing in any of my compartments pertaining to the particular service. These are the same reasons I stopped coming here for almost a year. The manager already gave my wife three free oil changes on a prior occasion for the same reasons mentioned above. I guess I'll have to drive out to Chantilly and take my car to the Lexus dealership for any major service from now on.
