My daughter became very ill several years ago and they made sure we got to the specialists that we needed they also monitored her several times weekly,she was 12 at the time and this was very scary for us but they were just wonderful! Tim is the greatest and now my son and his family use him too and love him as well! more

Excellent Doctors; good service 5/17/2010

I read some of the negative reviews and haven't had that experience. The front desk moves people through quickly. Lately we haven't had to wait too long to see the doctor. I just had a check-up and was surprised at how long I was in the office. Dr. Swan is incredibly thorough. In our experience, record keeping is accurate and prescriptions are filled and refilled on schedule. I'd recommend this group to anyone. Pros: Dr. Swan is the most thorough doctor we've ever had. more

Front office staff is awfull. 10/1/2008

Went to the doctor because my doctors office merged with them. He wasn't avialable so I saw whoever so that I could get back on some needed medication for tremmors. The doctor prescribe medication and told me the side effects of this medication could get severe and if I experienced this just to CALL in and she would call a different kind of medication to the pharmacy. So, I called the office to get put on hold forever, then a note was taken to give to the doctor. Waited a few days and no response. Called back and the same thing they took another note and gave it to the doctor. Another few days, I called and told them this was getting rediculas and they told me to call my pharmacy to see if she called in the medication. I did and she didn't. I waited another day to cool off before I called back and just told them I wanted to speak with the office manager. They put me through to her phone and I left an extensive message. She called me back the following day and listened and told me she would have to find my file, which was missing, and call me back. Before she called me back, surprisingly the same day, she called in a script for me to my pharmacy. I told her she needed a new front office staff. The worst policies and office staff 9/24/2008

I started going there due to my long time doctor moving to this practice. I have had refills lost, given the wrong refills, and treated rudely. My doctor left their practice but FPG only notified certain patients. Even the staff stated that not everyone got a letter. So, I discovered that not only had my doctor left the office closed. When asked what to do when I picked up a refill; I was told that when I needed to be seen they would put me with a doctor or I could chose to follow my doctor. As someone without insurance, I thought maybe I would try another doctor. WRONG! What I wasn't told until I tried to have other medications refilled, was they decided to not treat any of this doctors patients. Their excuse? We sent a letter. Also, they left out that he wasn't starting his new practice until November. I can honestly say that if I gave false information, made as many mistakes, and was as rude as they are, I would be out of a job. The sad thing is I know I am not the only one in this boat. I have essential medications that I am on and am having to go without (lets see how ill I get) until I can get in somewhere. This doctor is the only one I have found that understands the diease I have. Don't go to this place it is not worth it! They do not care about the actual patients! Poor Service. 5/24/2007

My husband need a prescription refilled. He stopped in to see what they could do as he was a new but not established patient. They had a cancellation and he decided to get his annual routine exam completed. The doctor noted this as an office visit and not a Routine Exam. Our insurance will only pay for a Routine Exam. We asked to have this corrected in billing, they refused. We asked the doctor what care he did not receive that would have made this a Routine Exam instead of an office visit and he said MY HUSAND DID NOT WEAR A GOWN! That's it! We filed a letter of dispute and have also reported this to Clark County Medical Society. more

Best service and care around 6/27/2006

This Doctors office is so efficient, from the moment you call for an appointment to saying goodbye. Wow am I impressed. They all work together and the have their systems down to ensure you are in and out in record speed. Dr. Wooden takes her time when meeting with you and was just great. I highly recommend this facility, there are many the area that need to get their act together, but this one it great. Pros: Everything about it, one stop shop more
