Our whole family has been going there for almost 4 years now and we love it. We've moved to the far side of town and have to drive a ways to go to the Dr. but we haven't changed because we love them so much. They're open 6 days a week, same day appointments for things that can't wait, and we've never waited in the waiting room more than 10 minutes. We usually wait in the exam room for 10 minutes or so for the Dr. to get in there. Our old Dr. office would sometimes make us wait 2 hours in the waiting room. We have a Dr. we see, but have seen others when he wasn't available for a same day appointment and they've all been personable and thorough. After 4 years, I still highly recommend this office. more

I had been going to this group and had never been able to see a doctor, always PA's only. I would ask but was never able to see a doctor. I had been talking to a PA and explained that I had a heaviness in my chest. Without examining me, listening to my heart or asking further questions, this PA decided to prescribe nitroglycerin. I then made an appointment at the heart clinic at the hospital. There is nothing wrong with my heart and I was told to get rid of those pills. This was not the first misdiagnosis. more

I've taken 2 of my kids here and my husband has gone so far. We've seen 2 different Doctors and both of them took about 45 minutes- an hour getting to know us, taking a medical history, asking questions, giving suggestions, etc.. Very nice change from the usual 10 minutes with the Dr., after waiting an hour or more in the waiting room. The receptionists were friendly, the whole office was very organised. When I called to make appointments the first time, they had me talk to someone in the billing office and we went through all the information they would need over the phone. Then when we got there, we just had to show our insurance card and fill out a few short forms and give our signature. No huge hassles, not pages and pages of long forms. They have a lab right in the office also. If you're looking for a Dr. in the Fisher's Landing area, check this office out! Lots of Dr.'s available, usually can get same day appointments, and friendly and organised. Gotta love that! more
