Vip Dog Grooming

I have taken my dogs to VIP for over 10 years now. They love it there. VIP also works around my schedule. I would recommend VIP to all my friends. more

I take my dogs there all the time. They get the best care imaginable. Every time I pick up my dogs they have the cutest neatest cuts. I recommend that everyone go here. more

I won't take my dogs anywhere else but to VIP grooming because of the care and fantastic cut my dog receive. My dogs love going there and never have had a bad experience. I also love the hours that are provided, they work for me and my schedule. i won't go anywhere else. more

My poodle and bichon look like they are ready for a dog show!!! They love going to VIP. I drive 40 mins just to take my babies to be groomed there. Well worth the drive! more

As the owner, the accusations by dansul are not correct. This dog was in horrible condition and the customer had cut holes all threw the dog attempting to cut matts out himsel. He asked me to do the same and I refused as this is very dangerous and you could cut skin. I advised him that it would look choppy due to the holes that he had cut in it and he stated that is ok. He called me about an hour later after picking dog up to complain saying its haircut was horrible. I offered to correct the job. He said I was halfway to retirement and I should retire and hung up in my face. Actually I am only in my mid 30's!!!!My policy for over 8yrs has always had the best interest of the customer. This customer has never phoned me or left me any message requesting a refund, I would have no problem informing him that NO Refund would be givin as his dog was groomed. Again my apologies to this client and my advice to him is get with a groomer on a regular schedule therefore his dogs behavior and condition will be improve. more

I went to VIP, they did exactly what I asked them not to, and it was a very uneven cut. I had to take the dog to another groomer to fix it as much as they could. VIP charged me full price and then would not answer the phone when I wanted my money back. more

I took my dog there and the cut was so nice and the dog smelled really good. He actually stayed clean for days afterward. Parking was a bummer though because shopping strip is small but just park at gas station as the owner sayed we could. He was very nice and professional and offered much advice because he shows dogs professionally himself. He was very good to the dogs as he had a couple of his own dogs running around and they were so pretty..... It is a local business owned and I think he was great... I had a 10:30 a.m. appointment to have my dog groomed at VIP. The groomer showed up 15 minutes late. I almost didn't leave my dog after seeing the untidy conditions inside; lots of hair left from the day (or days) before, paperwork disorganized and everywhere. He couldn't even find an ink pen to write down my phone number. He finished the hair cut within a few hours and told me it was much shorter than I wanted it because he had to cut out several matted pieces of fur, which was fine. However, I still had to trim several spots of long, uneven hair myself once I got my dog home. My dog seemed uncharacteristically subdued when I picked him up and for a day or two afterward. I'll never take him back to VIP. Pros: Quick cut, easy to schedule Cons: Poor cut quality, poor conditions more

Our dog LOVES going to VIP. We've tried a few different groomers and none have been as professional and friendly as the staff at VIP. It's well worth the drive. Pros: Very friendly and great grooming. Cons: Location more
