Always fair and courteous 7/27/2009

I get my oil changed at Vinces regularly. Their price is very reasonable and I don't have to wait long. Recently my car broke down and I had it towed to Vinces-they diagnosed the problem, found out it was covered under warranty, sent me to the dealer and didn't charge me a thing. As far as I'm concerned, you can't beat that! Pros: Helpful and reasonable prices more

DISHONEST 6/20/2008

Vince told me part ordered. I rented a car and waited two days.\r He never called. I called him. He then said part discontinued and never ordered. Left me in the lurch with $100 rental bill, no apologies and no help. Stay away from this conman. more
